Nicholas Jalowski, Managing Director of Cambridge Financial Services, has achieved the professional designation of Certified Turnaround Profession (“CTP”). The Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals is the governing body for CTP’s and is sponsored by the Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”). The TMA is an association of various professionals involved in corporate renewal and turnarounds. At present, there are only sixty four (64) CTP’s in the United States, placing Mr. Jalowski in exclusive company.

The CTP designation is awarded only after a rigorous scrutiny of the candidates experience level, a review of five turnaround assignments with client verification, professional and personal refer-ences, and the passing of a three (3) part examination to evaluate proficiency in various related disciplines including Management, Law and Accounting. The examination tests relevant theory and practice involving workouts, insolvency and the troubled enterprise. In addition, the candidate must adhere to a strict code of ethics in practicing.
