The Make-A-Wish Foundation
of New Jersey (MAWFNJ) has appointed Nick Jalowski
as a member of its Board of Directors. The MAWFNJ’s
mission is to grant the wishes of children with
life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the
human experience with hope, strength, and joy. Last
year, MAWFNJ granted the wishes of 422 seriously-ill
children in the Garden State. |
| Jalowski
is the Founder and Managing Director of Cambridge
Financial Services. In addition to his role
in overseeing the management of the firm, he is
a practitioner specializing in strategic consulting
to firms in need of guidance in turnaround management,
corporate revitalization, financing negotiations,
loan restructuring and/or workout management.
He is also occasionally engaged as an expert in
litigations involving financial issues. He achieved
the "Certified Management Consultant"
designation from the Institute of Certified Management
Consultants in 1989, and is in a select group
of practitioners that have attained the designation
of "Certified Turnaround Professional"
from the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals,
a non-profit corporation sponsored by the Turnaround
Management Association (TMA).
In addition to his duties
at Cambridge Financial, Jalowski is on the Board
of Directors of the New Jersey TMA, and is a frequent
guest speaker for various organizations and has
had several articles published. Formerly a corporate
banker with Bank of New York in New York City,
and Fidelity Union Bank in New Jersey, he is a
graduate of the McIntyre School of Commerce at
the University of Virginia and resides in New
Jersey.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation
of New Jersey is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization
governed by a diverse and respected volunteer
Board of Directors. Founded and chartered in 1983
under the auspices of The Make-A-Wish Foundation
of America (Phoenix, AZ), the New Jersey chapter
serves the entire Garden State and has granted
more than 4,000 wishes since its inception in
