| August 4,
1997 - Frank De Luca,
Managing Consulting of Cambridge Financial Services,
has achieved the professional designation of Certified
Management Consultant ("CMC"). The Institute
of Management Consultants ("IMC") is
the governing body for CMC's. The IMC is a worldwide
association of professionals involved in consulting.
Of the 20,000 CMC's worldwide, less than 2,000
are in the United States.
The CMC is the pre-eminent
designation earned in the management consulting
profession and is awarded only after undergoing
a thorough investigation of the candidates consulting
experience, a written review of six consulting
assignments with client verification to insure
that the consult-ing relationship met the clients
objective, and the passing of a two part oral
and written examina-tion. The examination demonstrates
professional competence and currency in areas
of specialization, application of experience and
understanding of the management consulting process.
In addition, the candidate must adhere to a strict
code of ethics in practicing.
The CMC designation assures
the client that the professional has met the strict
certification re-quirements of the IMC for competence
and professional conduct. We at Cambridge Financial
Services congratulate Frank De Luca on this
achievement.
