| Mark Maurer has
been a partner in Cambridge Financial since 1990.
He is a consulting practitioner with a broad background
in finance and accounting; he also is the Controller
for the firm, and oversees all financial and administrative
management functions. |

| Mark's active
consulting portfolio includes part-time controllerships,
financial and operating system analysis, costing
system implementation in manufacturing environments,
detailed projection analysis and report writing
and cash flow planning including unsecured vendor
negotiations. He is a member of the Turnaround
Management Association and the Institute
of Management Accountants. |

| Mark had more
then twelve years of practical business and finance
experience prior to accepting a position at Cambridge
Financial. He held high level management positions
with companies in venture capital, pharmaceuticals,
manufacturing and real estate development. He holds
a Bachelor's Degree from Pennsylvania State University
and currently resides with his wife in Mt. Olive,
New Jersey. |
