| Frank
De Luca is the Managing Director of Cambridge
Financial Services and partner since joining the
firm in 1989. Prior to this association he was a
corporate banker for 21 years both in New York and
New Jersey and served as New Jersey Senior Loan
Officer for Irving Bank Corporation. He is active
in turnaround situations, ,
strategic consulting and loan packaging Business Advisory & Strategic consulting for placement.
He has been engaged in drafting opinion reports
on litigation matters and has served as expert witness
in litigation cases. He has been approved by the
Bankruptcy Courts to work in Chapter 11 cases and
drafting emergence reports. |

Frank brings
over 45 years of experience in the financial arena
and holds the certification of "Certified Management
Consultant" since 1997, a designation awarded
to only 20,000 professionals worldwide and 1,200
in the United States. He was formerly active on
the Board of Directors of the Middlesex, Somerset
and Union County Chapter of the American
Institute of Banking and conducted classes in
Economics and Financial Analysis for nine years.
In addition, Frank is a member of the Institute
of Management Consultants serving as past President from 2008 to 2010, Board
Member and Treasurer of the Princeton, New Jersey
Chapter. A graduate of Rutgers University School
of Business he holds an MBA Degree, Cum Laude in
Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and
resides in Belle Mead, New Jersey.
Since 2007 Frank is also registered as a Business Advisor and Consultant in South Carolina. |
